1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse, create an account, place an order, pay, request delivery or pickup, or otherwise use Yumi Beads. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms.
2. Products, prices and availability
Product photos and descriptions are prepared with care, but colors and small details can vary by screen or production batch. Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Stock, price, delivery eligibility and payment eligibility are checked again when an order is placed. Yumi Beads may correct obvious listing or pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only when Yumi Beads accepts it or verifies payment where required. We may contact you using the delivery phone number to confirm an order, address, pickup or delivery details.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and can vary by delivery area. The customer is responsible for providing a reachable phone number and usable delivery address. Pickup orders must be collected from the location shown at checkout after Yumi Beads confirms they are ready.
5. Cash on Delivery and pickup payment
For delivery orders using Cash on Delivery, the confirmed total is payable when the order arrives. For pickup orders using Pay at store, the confirmed total is payable when the customer collects the order from Yumi Beads.
6. Manual digital and bank payments
Payment methods such as eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer may require manual verification by Yumi Beads. Uploading a screenshot alone does not prove that payment was received. Customers must pay the exact amount shown for the order while the payment reservation is valid. If payment cannot be verified, the order may be rejected and reserved stock released.
7. Gifts
Customers may send an order to another recipient by providing that person’s delivery name, phone number and address. Optional Yumi Beads gift packaging costs NPR 100 and includes special packaging and a handwritten card when a message is provided.
8. Cancellations, returns and order problems
Cancellation depends on the current order status and may require approval after processing has started. Yumi Beads does not accept change-of-mind returns unless we explicitly agree otherwise. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact Yumi Beads promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution arranged.
9. Accounts and customer information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Email addresses and phone numbers may be limited to one customer account to reduce duplicate accounts and promotion abuse.
10. Promotions and promo codes
Promotions and promo codes may have limited dates, eligible products or categories, stock, discount amounts or other conditions. A code must be applied at checkout and validated against the current order. A promotion can be changed or withdrawn before an order is confirmed if it was published in error or if its stated conditions are no longer met.
11. Privacy and payment proof
Yumi Beads uses customer information to operate accounts, fulfill orders, communicate about purchases and protect the store from abuse. Payment screenshots are treated as private order records and are not intended for public display.
12. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Nepal. If you have a question or complaint about an order, contact Yumi Beads using the support details published on the website or in your order communication.
